InTown Suites Extended Stay Albuquerque NM

Booked a room ahead of time, but when I arrived, at 6pm the office was closed, had to call for a manager, who told me they had no rooms available because their cleaning person didn’t come to work. It then took several days and multiple emails for them to waive the cancellation fee.

The room was nice EXCEPT THE AIR CONDITIONER WAS RIGHT OVER THE BED...THAT WAS AWFUL

We called to advise we would be late coming into town. We were told if we showed up before 7:00 pm it wouldn't be an issue. We showed up before 7:00 pm and found out they sold our room and kept our deposit. They marked as no call /no show although we called and showed up. The audacity!

This place was infested with roaches everything is outdated smells of dog pee

Charged to renew $443.72 instead of the $$270.13 I paid for my first week. They even advertise $270 a week on their billboard. I spend 8 months of the year on the road working and I will not stay at an InTown Suites again! The renovated room was tiny and dirty. The staff was rude beyond belief, condescending and completely unprofessional. Bought my own bug spray for the cockroaches. Housekeeping came in the room but did not clean a thing. Charged me for WiFi, over charged the fees and taxes for the second week. Not worth the headache for the savings of any other weekly hotel.

booked my stay months prior and showed up they were over booked and had no rooms for my family and there were 18 other people trying to get rooms that had the same problem and were no help and it didnt matter if you booked through them directly or through a third party it was the same thing

The rooms are perfect! I love the fact that there's a little kitchenette and a full size shower with hot water! The staff is friendly and the property is really, really clean! I would recommend this property to anyone

It was a great stay no issues.

My flight was delayed so they canceled my booking with out telling me so i gad to find other options to sleep.
