InTown Suites Extended Stay Albuquerque NM

We booked this hotel for a week through hotels dot com on 2/17/2023 to 2/24/2023. We paid at the desk, just under $500. The room didn’t look at all like the pics online and we were harassed for smoking cigarettes in our vehicle the evening of the 17th. We then left a one-star review on Google maps for the business. The next morning Jaime Crouchet knocked on our door and insisted we leave because of our Google review. We told her we wanted a refund for the unused nights. She insisted we call hotels dot com, however we paid her, not the website. She then called the police and forced us out. She lied to the police. I told the police we didn’t do anything and we didn’t get a refund. The police said it’s a civil matter and pursue it through the courts. I said if it’s a civil matter why are you here? Police said because it’s private property. Hotels dot com told us we had to get the refund from the motel but we never got it. Jaime Crouchet kept over $400 of our money. I understand now, this is a scam. This business is unethical and stealing. Be warned! I’m likely not the first and won’t be the last! Don’t stay here!

Very friendly and easy going staff. Hot water was good, everything worked. Amazing TV.

Nothing... Photos are bait and switch!

Toilet didn't flush properly, gave me a plunger on Saturday & I kept it for the next week (office closed on Sunday). Roaches stayed free!

Photos are a bait and switch. Nothing about the photos are genuine. Staff said those are our "deluxe rooms" which I don't believe existed. Regardless if that's the case you should have your standard room photos posted too. Seeing as no other rooms were available in the city due to balloon Fiesta we had to endure which meant buying blankets and cleaning supplies from Walmart.
