It was just gross

I liked the location and the staff was super friendly, clear and responsive.

I disliked that the tv signal was missing some channels and towels had to be washed not by staff. Also the lighting was very difficult to operate as some lights had to stay on because the knob was broken and kept turning.

Ok, at beginning all works fine suposse premium room!! but after two days start the nasty experience…. Wife and I pay $600 weekly for 3 weeks, the conditions said full speed internet connection: Not true!!… slowly and bad connection, in three weeks just one time take the housekeeping for 5 minutes the girl jus clean quickly Not toilet paper, not clean towels, not vacum, “Bad service…. At first day I see the outlets and electric conections in some places I Swiss the room not working, I talk with girl in front desk, just one stupid man go to see the problem and never solve the situation, I had to buy cord extensions to connect devices…. The woman that admin the place never take care with coustomers, Really for $609 at week is toooooo bad service and staff with to much bad actitude…. I take non smooking area but everyone there smooking and smell so bad in all areas… the door in room not working good, the matters olds and rush!!!…. Clean?… not really, full of cockroaches in all building!!!… SO BAD EXPERIENCE!!! the city need inspections inside and maybe close the building… I feel robed for this people!!!.

Filthy room! Bathroom sink backed up from someone else’s room! Horrible!

Staff was very friendly and accommodating to our requests from housekeepers to management. Rooms and Hotel lobby were very clean. Great hotel for families. We had a great stay and will definitely be back .

We never got to stay at this property cause even though we had a reservation there were no rooms available leaving us in a hell of a mess trying to find someplace else to stay.

Had a Confirmed reservation for three weeks , got to property and guy at front desk said they "have no rooms" showed him the confirmation but it didn't matter,, "I SAID WE HAVE NO ROOMS, WON'T HAVE ANYTHING FOR AT LEAST A WEEK AND A HALF". No explanation or anything. SO RUDE. Ask if he could find us a room somewhere else in town and he said NO. They apparently don't care about CUSTOMER SERVICE!

It was awsome
