there is no parking for your car, only public on the street... terrible

The location was very near the main restaurant areas, the tours pickup, the beach etc. From a tourist point of view ...ideal

Not as advertised. No reception desk, front desk, tourist concierge etc.

Location, close to most attractions .

The service was terrible, and the website used to pay the deposit is poorly designed. It does not direct you to the page where you enter your card information; it just stays on the first page. I had to contact support to find out where to go on the site, and the site rejected my card’s CVV number five times. It’s only a three-digit number, and although I entered it correctly, the system still showed it as incorrect each time. The staff was unhelpful, repeatedly telling me that my card was not going through and then ignoring me for two hours past my check-in time. I called the WhatsApp number about 12 times before anyone answered, and when they finally did, they told me to pay the cash deposit via Zelle, which I did immediately. By that point, it was already three hours past my check-in time. Overall, the customer service was horrible.

Staff very responsive and nice. Location was amazing and very local to everything.

Connected room heard the neighbors very clearly, phone calls, them playing music loudly etc. Bathroom was remarkably small and built oddly, light would flash when shower was hot. Was given 2 pillows only (1 pillow per person for 2 travelers) and only had a sheet on the bed with a thin throw blanket.
