The location, the cleanliness and the quiet.

Our room didn’t have coffee inside, there was a coffee maker but no coffee to make . The blanket was so thin and the way it was folded inside the sheet wasn’t very comfortable. I didn’t have a clean feeling when I used it.

Peccato per il parcheggio che era a pagamento e non lo sapevamo infatti ci è stata portata via la macchina di fronte all’alloggio e abbiamo persona una giornata intera per recuperarla spendendo anche 500$. La muffa in bagno non era molto invitate la struttura si vede che ha bisogno di qualche lavoro sicuramente dovuta alla perdita del piano soprastante e poi non si può mettere una casa con finestre che non si aprono infattibile !

The lady who helped us over the phone was very sweet.

There were three m, s, and they only had two towels and the sofa pullout bed had no sheets and no blankets. When I asked for more, they said they couldn't bring them because there was nobody on site to help. So we ended up sleeping with just a sheet.So that our daughter could have a blanket.

Allora, posizione e cinque minuti da famoso Ocean Drive e la struttura era buona e non si sentiva il rumore e una zona tranquilla per una coppia va benissimo e c’è anche opzioni per cucinare tutto erano in ordine

non c’è un ascensore è solo con le scale, per il resto tutto va bene

La situation géographique de l'immeuble, à deux pas de la plage.

Ce n'est pas un hôtel, pas de réception contrairement à ce qui est noté dans le descriptif de Booking. Tous les échanges avec le propriétaire des chambres se font par mail ou sms et il est très compliqué d'obtenir le code d'accès de la chambre. Sommes restés devant la porte de l'immeuble un bon moment avant qu'une personne d'une autre chambre nous aide à contacter le propriétaire....Beaucoup de dégradation dans la chambre.

Nothing they lied about the property. It does have the facilities it states on booking. We also couldn’t get access to our room

We could not across the room and had to stay elsewhere. Trying to find some where else to stay at 8 pm at night. We could not get a response from bookings the hotel does not have a front desk as per the booking description
