My room hadn't cleaned It was very hot in the room There weren't any lights downstairs and in front yard

Facility needed too be cleaner there was mole in. The shower. The facults were dirty. We had to clean the property for our satifaction. The back door on the 3rd floor remained open. That's a safety issue. No. Lights onthe stairs to walk up steps. Need eleevator. To take suitcase up to the 3rd floor for eldery people. I was ill and throwing i requested more towels and wash cloths but no one every brought them. Need people that speech in English to communicate. Only peolple that talked on phone spoke English. Need to have free parking for guest.

Nice location

Staff very rude, 4 nights at the apartment no towels changed, we ask twice. No happy at all.

Quiet street, kitchen corner in the room, clean and close to 5th street shops and the beach.

The bed was broken - the center part was dented. The main house door didn’t have a lock - it was removed. So everyone could walk in. A little uncomfortable to not been able to flush toilet paper.

Small mirror in the bathroom. Property front door wasn’t locked so everyone and anyone could get in the apartment complex. Didn’t make us feel very safe. Was no space to put clothes, except for some hangers on a rack, but some drawers or shelves would have been nice. Also no elevator which wasn’t mentioned anywhere.
