grazie ancora per la vostra assistenza. Vorrei spiegare in modo chiaro che cosa non mi è piaciuto della struttura e perché il mio soggiorno è stato estremamente deludente. 1. Problemi di igiene e presenza di muffa La camera presentava segni evidenti di muffa e la pulizia generale era inaccettabile. Inoltre, controllando le recensioni su Google, ho visto che molti altri ospiti lamentano esattamente gli stessi problemi, il che dimostra che non si tratta di un caso isolato. 2. Insonorizzazione completamente assente Le camere non sono per nulla insonorizzate. Ogni notte mi è stato impossibile dormire a causa del rumore proveniente dalle stanze vicine. Ho dovuto bussare più volte alle porte delle camere accanto — anche all’1, alle 2 e persino alle 4 di notte — per chiedere agli ospiti di abbassare il volume della televisione o di parlare più piano. Una situazione del genere è inammissibile. 3. Soggiorno stressante e scomodo A causa di questi problemi, il soggiorno è stato estremamente stressante. Non mi sono sentito a mio agio nella camera e non avrei voluto restare neanche un’ora in più. La struttura ha inoltre rifiutato la mia richiesta di cancellazione e rimborso, nonostante le condizioni fossero chiaramente fuori standard. 4. Porta d entrata aperta a tutti , infatti la sera nel divano della piccola hall dormivano i barboni.

La struttura è molto trasandata Una parte di camere sono al primo piano ma non c’è ascensore e la luce nella scala non funzionava Non c’era nessuno al check in e il terzo letto non era pronto . L’appartamento non è curato ed è un vero peccato

Nothing!!!! Very disappointed and shocked when the cab pulled up to the address! My husband instantly said that there was no way we were staying there! We were under the impression based on the photos in the ad that this facility was "On the Beach" as implied by the name...Renzzi On The Beach. The photos attached to the ad certainly reinforced that impression!!!!

No one was available at the site to answer questions. The outdoor front courtyard was dated, dirty and in disrepair. The front door had a huge hole in it where the front door handle was missing! All of this added to our shock. In an earlier email to the owner we were informed that we could leave our luggage in the lobby until we were able to access the room. There was noone there and no way to know what to do or even figure out where we were because the cab driver was gone. We finally booked another cab and found another place to stay for the night. To add to our disappointment, when we finally heard from the owner, they did not seem to care what we experienced. No partial refund or any other form of reparation was offered.

Kinderbett fehlte, Handtücher,Bettwäsche fehlte Teilweise, es war sehr schwierig an den Eingangscode zu kommen.Einge Telefonate und gute Englischkenntnisse waren von nöten. Wer nicht gut Englisch spricht, sollte seine Finger weglassen.

Good value for the money, great location, clean, fast communication, the room had everything we needed. The only inconvenience was that their check in is super late- 4pm, and they want to charge $35/h for an early check in..
