Not much. I had no information on where to park as it wasn't included. I was new to Miami and didn't know you had to pay for parking everywhere u went including this studio. Much smaller than I would have liked it to be as well. When you did get a response from the workers it was hours later.

Not receiving the info I needed when I needed it. Having to pay for parking.

L’appartamento era spazioso e luminoso ma poco pulito. La posizione non è male, non troppo lontano dalla spiaggia e tranquilla. Il gestore risponde tempestivamente

Il giardinetto esterno non è esattamente quello in foto, è poco curato e da fuori sembra abbandonato. Pulizia scarsa sia dell’appartamento che della scala dove c’era un odore molto sgradevole. Abbiamo soggiornato per due giorni e l’appartamento non è stato pulito. Al nostro arrivo mancavano lenzuola per il divano letto e la biancheria per il bagno. Vista l’ora ho contattato il gestore via whatsapp e mi ha dato indicazioni su dove trovarle. Abbiamo soggiornato per due notti e l’appartamento non è stato pulito. Visto il prezzo direi che non è all’altezza delle aspettative

I had a baby crib in my room

Check-in time was at 4:00 PM. Early check-in cost $35 per hour, so we arrived at the correct time. Despite this, we did not receive the room code until 4:30 PM. When we entered the room, it was clearly not properly cleaned. It looked like only the bedsheets had been changed. The room smelled very bad, and the floor was covered in hair. The shower tray was also full of hair. Photos are attached. Because of the disgusting state of the room, we asked for a refund so we could leave, but this was flatly refused. We ended up staying only because they would not return our money, not because the room was acceptable. This level of cleanliness is unacceptable, and the way the situation was handled was extremely disappointing.
