Renzzi On The Beach

Just a few blocks away from The beach. Walking distance of everything we wanted to do. Room looked exactly like the photos. Nice & clean

Bathroom was really small, but I knew that upon arrival from previous reviews. Not a dealbreaker.

Its was beautiful to say the least, and it was a good stay for the 2 nights we were there.

There is no parking. They say there is but check in is at 4 after all of the staff has already left so u cant even ask anyone who works there about the $20 parking they advertised. The pay to parks surrounding the area are very expensive and if I knew I wouldnt be able to access their “$20 parking” they advertised I would not have stayed there.

Only the location is the best thing about this place 🤞🏿

Linen had molds stains the room had bad odour that didn’t go away same as the hallway. The ac was not working only the heat was being blown out.

The room was big and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked, secure building, I was in the third floor without lift going up. The walls are very thin so probably you’d hear people noise from the next room, not a big deal for me but some other it would. Free Street parking is available 9am-6pm then you gotta find a parking or paid for a visitor parking permit. Cleaning people were friendly.

I’d probably leave more towels inside the room. I’d give a better customer service training to some of the management office representatives to handle certain building guest issues in general.
