Very clean

Needs air con in the bedrooms as smells from street are not nice when you want the window open

The staff were exceptional and the breakfast was 10/10 Location excellent

Our bedroom was sold as a Deluxe Double it faced the rear, was noisy during the night due to what sounded like industrial fans starting up. It was very hot weather so we had the windows open and this noise kept us awake. The bathroom shower needed attention, it was either scalding hot or very cold despite following the instructions posted on the bathroom door. All of the above was reported to the hotel manager who took all my feedback seriously. The bodywash dispenser in the shower was empty. Parking details in the hotel description mention parking in nearby streets is free. What they fail to mention is that where the signs stating 'permit holders only' also show the letter A, this is where you can park freely. When you then check in, you can give your vehicle registration and the receptionist registers your car for the duration of your stay. We were unaware of this when we arrived into Great Yarmouth.....had we known, we could have saved ourselves £11 and an hour driving round and round streets full of 'permit holders only' signs. It's a bit pointless telling you about the letter A, after you have found space in a public carpark a mile up the road costing £11 for 6 hours.....

We loved the location, easy in street parking nearby. Staff were amazing! Breakfast first class

Shower in room 1 wasn’t the best

The food was lovely the staff expecially Morgan went out of his way to book the room what a lovely lad he was always a smile on his face rest of the staff was lovely as well and all happy and wifi was fast

The room was a little outdated but clean window needed cleaning no blind in shower room shame the tv wasn't a smart tv

Located opposite the beach and pier perfect location. The hotel itself is amazing. Beautiful clean comfortable rooms. The staff especially Lily and Morgan are a real credit to the hotel. We booked for one night and stayed for a second! The breakfast menu was very good with a good variety of. The fruit salad was really nice . I also had food from the evening menu octopus carpaccio salt and pepper squid with a side salad. Just perfect

The hotel location is exceptional and the room we had,had lovely views but we were on the 3rd floor and there is no lift access so climbing the stairs is a feat when you are disabled The room was spacious and there was plenty of tea coffee milk sugar ect The staff were really helpful and a nice cheery smile was produced whenever you spoke to them Morgan was a lovely staff member very helpful indeed The breakfast was superb very tasty especially the sausage, the first morning we ordered the full English breakfast there was far to much for me so the next morning we had eggs sausage and toast I would definitely stay at this hotel again but would choose a lower floor for our room

A few things that for the price we payed ought to be looked at Mainly in the bathroom The extractor fan was filthy 😳 could do with a good clean, especially if you have allergies The sink didn't empty very fast looks like a bit of a blockage occurring 😳 The toilet seat didn't fit the toilet so very uncomfortable to sit on The shower screen didn't run smoothly There was a fan in the cupboard but a butterfly's wings would give out more draft An hinge on the cupboard door is open if the other two open the door would fall off I found some dirty marks on my pillow case I will include pictures I do think that mentioning that access to the rooms is stairs only ought to be first priority on the facilities not the last
