L’unica cosa decente era la posizione poco distante dal parco e dal mall.

Struttura molto grande e caotica, staff poco propenso ad aiutarti. Mancanza di una courtesy room anche solo per cambiarsi. Pulizia molto scarsa. Sulla carta è un 4 stelle, in realtà è al massimo un 2 stelle.

Die Größe der Zimmer. Der Ausblick von der Rooftop Bar. Man konnte fußläufig den botanischen Garten erreichen.

Das Essen a la carte hat uns leider nicht überzeugt. Buffet haben wir nicht ausprobiert.

Het restaurant serveerde een heerlijk ontbijt en je kon er goed dineren. De ligging is perfect, op 10 minuten lopen van de botanische tuin.

De sfeer van het hotel is onpersoonlijk. Zowel door de indeling van het gebouw als de kamer zelf. De badkamer is voor zo’n hotel echt onvoldoende. De douche boven de wc en een wastafel ter grootte van een wc fonteintje.

the facilities at this hotel were superb: the restaurant, the rooftop bar. The staff was very friendly, the breakfast was good and the swimming pool very decent. The location is excellent, quite near the Bogor gardens.

we booked the apartments, which were cheap, spartan and somewhat smelly. The bathroom door was broken, which was fixed twice, quite promptly. Before arriving, we received a number of ominous messages that our reservation would be released if we would not arrive before 16h, which is quite unusual.
