Hôtel : couloirs très bruyant le weekend, un long temps d’attente pour avoir accès à un ascenseur, Restaurant/buffet : trop de monde le weekend Piscine : inaccessible le weekend, trop petite par rapport au nombre de clients/chambres Le personnel : n’est pas chaleureux et pas souriant avec très peu de « bonjour » Lobby: accueil impersonnel/process, devoir remplir un formulaire/signer et laisser son passeport pour emprunter un parapluie

エレベーター待ちが長すぎる。朝食のレストランのテーブルが足りない。ルーフトップバーでは注文した食事が１時間半待っても提供されなかった。ルームサービスもインターフォンに出ない。周辺にレストランがないためスイートルームに宿泊したのにPOPMIEを食べた。

I absolutely loved the cleanliness of the room and the comfort of the bed — especially the extra pillows, which were a great touch. The bathroom was excellent, exactly to my liking with a shower tap instead of a bathtub (I'm definitely not a bathtub person). The facilities provided were impressive as well. Overall, my stay exceeded expectations and was truly enjoyable! I would definitely choose this hotel again!

Location near to culinary spots, not too far from Jagorawi high way. Breakfast was good with many choices. AC was privately controlled, hot water ran all day.

Reception counter was awkwardly placed (in basement, not facing street. Balcony railing was like jail bars. Not sound proof room, noise from next room’s tv and prayer call were loud and anoying.
