"Heel fijn en schoon en super lief personeel"

Ruime kamer, goede airco,al het personeel behalve die op de rooftop bar fijn zwembad maar met 24 graden wel verfrissend

Schimmel in de badkamer en het personeel in de rooftop bar, het duurde enorm lang voordat je je drankje kreeg en je moest zelf je bestelling scanner lobby in de parkeergarage

"Prima verblijf."

Erg vriendelijk personeel en een leuke rooftop bar. Zwembad was prima. Gym zag er goed verzorgd uit.

Kamer is kleiner dan verwacht. Er was geen wand tussen douche en toilet waardoor na iedere douchebeurt het toilet helemaal nat was. Het warme water bij de douche was snel op.

Personeel is vriendelijk, maar minder behulpzaam. Bijv. bij boeken treinticket of taxi.

"Appartement décevant pour un hôtel 4 étoiles et à éviter le weekend"

Grand choix au buffet breakfast

Appartement : pas de réfrigérateur, le bruit dans les couloirs, un balcon de 2m2 pour 3 personnes sans chaises ni table, le salon de jardin pour le salon intérieur => inconfortable (sans coussins) Hotel : le temps d’attente des ascenseurs de plusieurs minutes (pouvant aller jusqu’à 10 minutes), Piscine : inaccessible => trop petite par rapport aux nombres de chambres/personnes, Le staff : triste, pas de sourire et très peu de « bonjour » ou des questions si tout va bien
