The staff were incredible, nice, attentive, helpful, respectful, and they even worked the restaurant which has the best hot pot I've ever had. In addition, I accidentally left my snow parka and oants behind and they were able to help mail the gear to me at a hotel in Tokyo. I can't say enough appreciation I have for the staff at YOUTEI!

The bathroom is a squeaky walk downstairs, so not good if you're used to using the bathroom at night.

Devoir payer un boisson pour rester assis alors que j’ai commandé à manger. Je suis obligé de consommer, alors que mes amis sont entrain de consommer et que je n’en avais pas envie. Cela veut dire que je suis obligé d’aller ailleur seul, au lieu de passer du temps avec mes amis qui consomme et pas moi. Pas chill, la chill room (pas de table, ni de canapé), compliqué de manger avec l’assiette sur les genoux. Esthétiquement pas a sont potentiel maximum.

Great location near the ski resort and the r most adorable lodging for a solo skier/snowboarder.

The wall on my bed was wet, one or two toilets shared by 20-30 bunks.

Expensiv, noisy and old. The first floor is the restaurant and plays dacing music at 0:30.
