"A hidden jewel!!!"

This hotel was an unexpected surprise!!! I had no idea. It definitely is a hidden jewel. Laura and Tomica are such amazing front desk staff!!! They were so completely accommodating!!! And so completely polite. The breakfast lady, Peggy, was not so polite, however. Customer service training is recommended. But everything else was so amazing! Even down to the bath amenities— the lemon stuff — is soooooo good! It’s a beautiful space! I absolutely LOVED my time!!!

Das sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal, gleich am Empfang wurde ich sehr freundlich von Laura, der Dame an der Rezeption empfangen. Sehr gutes Personal, sehr sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet das Hotel.

My husband and I had a wonderful experience during our recent stay at Tru by Hilton in Fort Mill, SC! Many thanks to Laura (Front Desk Manager) for making our stay exceptional! When we arrived, I asked if they had a decaffeinated coffee available. Laura said she would make a fresh pot of decaffeinated coffee for us and would have it ready asap! She was so kind and helpful, which made our stay so special! Thank you, Laura for providing outstanding service! The rooms were immaculate and the bed was so comfortable! We look forward to returning to this hotel!
