Peak Valley Manor, a Modern Farmhouse

Peaceful, quiet, spacious.

There was not anything we did not like.

Can’t say enough about how wonderful Peak Valley Manor was because you’d have to stay there to see! The views were amazing and it was a peaceful feeling to sit outside and look at Pikes Peak! The hosts Janet & Dennis treated us like family and served wonderful breakfasts.

Nothing. Except wish we could have stayed loner!

Absolutely everything inside and outside! We had an entire apartment and Theater room to ourselves! The quietness of country life was so soothing. The beautifully decorated BB was beyond words.

That we couldn’t stay longer!

My stay was relaxing and pleasant in every way. The hosts’ communication was excellent, and their service was top-notch. The place was beyond beautiful. The breakfasts were great, and they were even able to accommodate my food restrictions and were so nice about it. I will definitely be returning!

I liked breakfast and the wonderful view

The breakfast was superb. Loved starting with fresh fruit, then creative and beautiful presentation of familiar ingredients.

Beautiful location with a view of Pikes Peak. The location was a little far from restaurants and shops.

Amazing bed and breakfast. Dennis and Janet are excellent hosts. We very much enjoy our stay there and the movie theater is a well appreciated bonus!

What a wonderful place with such gracious hosts! Dennis and Janet went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable. The location is a tranquil meadow away from the buzz of the city. Our stay was three nights and we were greeted each morning with a delicious breakfast customed made to meet our tastes and needs. Our favorites were the ham, egg, and cheese breakfast croissant and the fresh and flaky apple turnovers. Mmmm! The unit has it's own movie theater where you can recline, relax and enjoy a good movie (we watched The Intern). I loved rising early, brewing myself a cup of coffee, stepping out on the patio and enjoying the view next to a babbling brook. There are horses next door to watch and we even saw deer.

Dennis and Janet were extremely gracious, the facilities are spotless, and the breakfasts were delicious. They were also very helpful with local information (before and during our stay). This made our time here stress free. The scenery here is amazing both in the morning and at sunset. We thoroughly enjoyed the fire table and the hummingbirds provided endless entertainment. The view from the home of Pikes Peak is just stunning. This is a wonderful B&B.

So grateful for this beautiful space and perfect location. Everything that you could possibly want or need is provided. Evenings in the theatre, watching movies and mornings on the porch with my coffee and the Mountain View’s were my favorite things to do. The breakfast every morning was amazing! Dennis and Janet were the perfect hosts with great recommendations for dining. The home is beautifully decorated, while offering a cozy and warm welcome. This was a much needed and incredibly relaxing trip. Thank you Dennis and Janet for sharing your beautiful home!!
