Peak Valley Manor, a Modern Farmhouse

An amazing b& b experience- every want or need was met. We had the entire downstairs to ourselves, including a movie room.

We had so much planned every day that we didn't have enough time to enjoy everything that the property offered.

This bed and breakfast was amazing!! Dennis and Janet were incredible hosts, it felt like home away from home. We got in at 2:30 am due to a delayed flight and Dennis still stayed up to welcome us and show us around the house. They also made us a delicious breakfast in the morning. I would absolutely stay here again!

Breakfast was wonderful! Back patio had an amazing view! Loved the theatre room! Comfy bed!

Homemade breakfast is great, we enjoyed our stay. Janet and Dennis provided all the information for our say in Colorado Springs. We enjoyed scenic views of the mountain, of course, graceful horses from neighbor's ranch. The house has beautify vintage furnishings, home theater etc.

The view was phenomenal. The accommodations were great. The hosts were perfect. They make you feel like family. Most gracious friendly hosts you can ask for. Breakfast was delicious home cooking. Imagine your backdrop in the morning while sipping coffee on the patio is Pikes Peak across a beautiful valley. Best vacation ever

We had read the reviews but nothing could have prepared us for the beauty of the property both side and out! The hosts Dennis and Janet were so accommodating. Loved the breakfast and sitting on the patio for coffee in the morning and a glass of wine at night. Sitting by the fire breathing in the fresh air and the serenity in this place which was amazing!

We loved our experience at Peak Valley Manor! The lodging was exquisite and offered so many amenities that made our stay both relaxing and fun, like an actual theater room! The view from outside is breathtaking - you have a completely unobstructed view of Pike’s Peak and the rest of the range. Janet and Dennis were so accommodating and gracious. You will love the homemade breakfasts. We could not ask for a better place to stay and will definitely be back!

Beautiful view of Pikes Peak, surrounded by lovely homes and greeted by Dennis and Janet which are some of the best people you will ever meet. We enjoyed the luxurious home theater and cozy camp fire outside. The coffee bar was much needed after our long days of adventures and the Amazing Breakfast was fantastic every morning. Would definitely stay here again!

Dennis and Janet were wonderful hosts and the facility was outstanding! Breakfast was delicious, the facility was immaculate, security was not an issue and the location was great. I cannot give Peak Valley enough kudos as it far exceeded my expectations.
