Peak Valley Manor, a Modern Farmhouse

What a four night treat, for us, to have found Peak Valley Manor! (We were in Colorado Springs for family reunion.) Our hosts, Dennis & Janet, were a wonderful added bonus, being the most hospitable, gracious, delightful & helpful hosts, yet never intrusive! They made every effort to work around our schedule, for breakfast, when we needed to leave earlier than planned :) Their B&B is incredible inside & out! It is SO serene, with breathtaking beautiful views of the mountains & countryside. We would definitely LOVE to stay there again! Oh, the beds are so comfortable!! We cannot recommend Peak Valley Manor highly enough! A+++

There was absolutely nothing we didn't like! It was SO wonderful & tranquil inside & out... just calming! The amenities were lovely, clean & SO well cared for! They even have a movie theater for you privately to enjoy!!! WOW!

Janet and Dennis were friendly and accommodating. Always available with recommendations. The breakfasts were delicious. The location is quiet and relaxing with awesome views of the mountains.

Felt like home! Breakfast was delicious each morning, and the mountain view was gorgeous! The home theater was a great bonus as well. Very quiet with no disturbance. The host were friendly and welcoming as well. We can't wait to come back as repeat guests!

We were a little further away from Colorado Springs attractions than we had originally thought. Took about 30-35 mins to get to anything, but we still had a wonderful time.

This property is so exceptionally beautiful and he some of the most gorgeous views I’ve ever seen—like they were straight from a painting! Dennis and Janet, our hosts, kept the property immaculate and it could not be any more comfortable:)

Quiet, Peaceful. I love the views of the mountains in seeing pike's peak in the distance covered in snow. This place was awesome, the host Dennis and Janet were very good people, they went above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and welcomed, the hospitality was 10+ they were there when you needed them in weren't when you didn't. I Enjoyed the homemade cookies that was provided in the breakfast every morning was well worth it. Me, ( Catherine) in my husband, (Carl). We enjoyed ourselves and can see ourselves returning again. I want to say thanks to our host Janet & Dennis, you both are very kind in loving.

Spotless, breathtaking views, beautiful deck: couches, firepit, picnic table, unbelievable landscape. Interior decorating was unreal. Bed-super comfortable, large bathroom, the best place we've ever stayed. Breakfast was delicious! And the crowning jewels were the hosts. Accommodating, gracious, responsive, and lovely! Not a single negative thing can be said about this place!!
