"Beautiful hotel. Great beds. Great shower. Nice pool great bar restaurant."

Really pretty hotel. Staff is really friendly. Bartenders are great. I wish the bar was open later than 930. The food in the bar looks fantastic. Get the onion rings! The beds are very comfortable. The shower is excellent. We tried to get services, but they did not have enough staff on.

The only thing would be to have enough staff for the people coming in wanting massages. There were 15 people at the bar and they closed early at 9:30.

"Best Spa Facial with Naomi"

I booked a last minute facial at 4 pm. I am so happy that the Spa had an availability due to a cancellation. After traveling for the past few days from LA to The Villages to Miami and back to The villages in 4 days my face and body needed to relax. I was able to see Naomi. Honestly she is the best. It was the best facial I have had in a while. My skin looked rejuvenated afterwards. I usually wash products off after a facial but the organic facial was perfect. I have extremely sensitive skin and it was perfect. She was able to remove all of the congestion with the products. It was such a nice a good facial, I fell asleep.

My husband and I stayed at Brownwood over the weekend, while visiting my parents in The Villages. The hotel was very clean and updated. The people were very nice and friendly. The pool was spacious and beautiful. The only drawback was it is not quite walkable to Brownwood Square, but I knew that when booking. The good part is Brownwood Square is only 3 minutes, by car. This was our first time at the hotel and I would gladly return in the future.
