"A nice stay at a nice place."

Here for one night for a presentation. Front desk peeps were very nice, friendly and helpful. Arrived around 1 and was able to get a room. The room was nice and big. AC REALLY works!!! Brrrr......bed very comfortable, pillows need a little help. Complementary coffee available in the lobby in the morning and you can purchase an egg sandwich for $6. Very convenient. Coffee make and fridge available in room. Located near a Publix and a few fast food restaurants.

"Laura Kozlowski’s facials are OUTSTANDING!"

The Brownwood Spa is a wonderful place. I so enjoy having a monthly facial with Laura Kozlowski. She is absolutely outstanding! I have allergies and very sensitive skin, and Laura listens to my needs. She selects products that make my skin feel and look amazing. The techniques she uses are wonderful. She also recommends products that I can use at home to maintain my skin. It is a fabulous and relaxing experience. Not only is Laura K incredibly professional, she is also super personable and delightful. It is a joy to be her client.

Meri is a knowledgeable and very skilled professional masseuse. Whether it is a massage for relaxation or targeted relief, she does it all. Zeroing in on your request, she knows how to deliver. I have been cared for by Meri for years and I find her absolutely essential.

"A 10 Star Experience!"

We recently stayed at The Brownwood for 8 nights as we were cleaning out my mother's home in The Villages. I can't say enough about every aspect of our stay, the wonderful condition of the hotel and especially the kindness and compassion of the staff! We met Nina at the front desk last March during a stay and she was so sweet, professional and went above and beyond for us then and again this time. She is exceptional! All of the front desk staff was friendly and made us feel so welcome. Our housekeeper was outstanding and very responsive to our needs. We dined in the lobby bar several nights and we can't say enough about Jonna, Gabriela and Thomas. They were professional and provided excellent service. Every single staff member we encountered seemed happy to see us walk in the door and were very compassionate during a tough week. We had a terrific stay and will be back! Thank you!
