"Absolutely wonderful hotel at The Villages!"

What a gem! It was a last minute reservation as we were going back home and we needed a place to stay for the night. This hotel is fabulous and has a Wolfgang Puck restaurant and a bar with live music.

Rate does not include breakfast.

Breakfast at the Cooks Kitchen is 5 star. Just not getting the menu and the food choices at wolf gang Puck restaurant. Give that a 3 star if that.

Wolfgang Pucks restaurant have tried twice and not sure I would dine there again.

"HP Room NOT Accessible"

Lobby was beautiful and staff, friendly. Good location. Room was huge.

HP room was anything but accessable. Platform style bed was extremely difficult to get into. Bedside light switches way too far from bed. Had to get out of bed to use light. Room was poorly designed for HP use. Bathroom was worst offender. STEP IN TUB! Very slippery handrails in shower, dangerous. Floor easily became slippery with tiniest drop of water. Bed to bathroom door travel too long. Room entry was immediately next to bathroom door, other side of room and around corner from bed. I will NOT recommend to other handicapped persons.

"Naomi is the Best Esthetician around!"

I have used Naomi for 7+ years. I have traveled most of my life and have always treated myself to facial! NONE have ever compared to the Hands 🙌 of Naomi! She always has a packed booked! Call asap and get on her book!

"Exceptional Service and Serenity at Brownwood Spa"

Our experience at the Brownwood Spa was wonderful from start to finish. The atmosphere was calm, clean, and serene—perfect for unwinding. Everyone we encountered was incredibly helpful and attentive, making us feel cared for right away. Our therapists, Yarimer and Ilene, were the most welcoming, warm, and friendly we’ve ever had, perhaps anywhere. They did an amazing job on our pedicures and were so thorough. We will definitely be back!
