"Very bad experience."

Came to the spa for birthday. Had planned the day months before and came from Illinois. I was back in dressing room and was told the masseuse was sick today and they couldn’t do the service. They didn’t try to fix the problem. She said she won’t charge me a cancellation fee like I should be thankful for that. My birthday was ruined.

"Naomi - Highly recommend for facials"

Naomi who gives facials is amazing. I have had facials for years but I can easily say that she is the best in the USA! I highly recommend her! She is very busy but you can book appointments in advance. I also recommend dermaplane add on for smooth skin!

"Beautiful Hotel"

Location is perfect. We are house hunting. Pat greeted us as we check in. She was absolutely delightful. James helped us up to our rooms which was on the fifth floor. Our room was clean, not sure if the ceiling was finished though. The maid on duty that day needs to be sent to charm school. I think her name was Marilyn she wore something around her head. I asked for some extra towels and she told me she did not have that room. I said I know we just checked in she said tell the front desk. I thought that was a bit much. There was live music at the restaurant. Food was so good. Drinks a little weak. Didn’t get to use the Spa. Hopefully next time.

"Location was good and room was comfortable. Prices for food and drinks were expensive."

Location to the town center and shopping was good.

They really should provide a shuttle bus into the town center so people are not drinking and driving.
