Laura at the Brownwood Spa is the absolute best! She makes the experience so lovely, and most importantly gives fantastic treatments. Haircuts, mani-pedis, hydro facials - she does it all with expert skill and a welcoming smile!

Had to curtail our stay by one day due to extreme weather in central Georgia. I am notified the front desk staff two days ago and spoke to a woman who said I was entitled to a reimbursement however, she did not know how to do that and would check with one of her other staff members later. The following day, no reimbursement was posted with my bank. I talked to the staff member at the front desk and they informed me that since my reservation was made through a third-party, I was not entitled to a refund. My problem is that I trusted the first person I spoke to to solve this problem however, by waiting, I was not able to make any changes with the third-party. Perhaps some training of staff personnel to provide information that is accurate and that actions are taken to improve customer service. Lesson learned…

We have always wanted to stay at the Brownwood Hotel and felt it would be a excellent place to celebrate our anniversary. The building is clean, delightful and well appointed. Our room was nice, the employees were polite, helpful and attentive. The breakfast, at your studio restaurant was excellent.

Unfortunately, the pool was shut down the day we checked in and did not open til the day we were checking out. We went to the Brownwood Hotel for our 63rd anniversary because we felt it was a great place to celebrate and relax, but we were very disappointed when we learned the pool and its related facilities was not available.
