"Came up short this time"

This is our second time staying at the property and I really enjoyed the experience. It is in a good location near the harbor.

I didn't like that the front desk staff was very short and did not have a lot of patience with me when my Wi-Fi was not working correctly because I am a Hilton Honors member and it was trying to charge me a fee.

It was in a great location, near Fells Point and Inner Harbor. Very walkable and right off the water.

The room and hotel is pretty nice. No big complaints. Our shower was slow to drain but otherwise everything was great.

We booked five rooms to accommodate our business trip. From the time we walked in to the time we left, the staff greeted us at every bend and turn and made the experience that much better. The king suite with the river view was AWESOME. Will definitely book again.
