Very attentive to every need. Perfectly clean rooms and front desk staff were exceptional. Everything was exceptional. Great stay!

Even before we arrived, the care we received was refreshing. The front office team (Robert and Shatia) reached out to ensure we had a smooth arrival. They might be mind-readers because they preemptively took care of items that we were thinking to ask for. We are looking forward to the next opportunity we may get to stay at this hotel again. Amazing location, great staff, especially Robert G at the front desk. The rooms were very nice and the view was spectacular. Definitely will be back!

This is the second time I have stayed at this hotel. The last time in June of 2025, I found it perfectly fine with a wonderful location and appreciated upgrades. The service was perfectly adequate, but nothing exemplary. This second time--well, I wouldn't stay anywhere else in the city now. The valet was fantastic. The bellman fantastic. The front desk fantastic. But most of all was the auditor/overnight supervisor--Courtney (sorry if I am butchering her name) was just one of the warmest and kindest people I've ever met. I worked for many years in hospitality--and it is easy to get fed up and cynical towards what can often seem like a bunch of bitchy, entitled, overly-demanding guests. It can make you put up a hard shell of a defense and make you cold--and make you forget what true hospitality is all about. Courtney has not forgotten what true hospitality is---she is an emblem of it. Let's just say that I was having a particularly rough day and night--and she brightened it. I can't give her enough credit. She even refused a tip! Give this woman a raise!
