This is a pretty nice hotel. Kind of off the beaten path, but it has decent views of the harbor. Overall, the staff was great; the valet service was the best. However, there was one front desk clerk who did not seem to be interested in hearing a complaint and was more argumentative than anything. Our room was pretty nice, although the door to out balcony was very hard to shut and lock closed and would suddenly pop open. Besides it being clearly on the other end of the building from the elevator, we had no complaints. Housekeeping did a great job and were one of the few we've ever tipped. There is a restaurant and bar on-site, which was nice. The hotel is pet-friendly, which is one reason we chose it. There are plenty of places to walk your dog if you bring it. The location makes walking a bit of hike. The weekend we were there, it was cold and windy, so walking anywhere was out of the question for us. Parking downtown can be expensive, and Uber is almost not worth the short ride you take. A nice hotel, and we would definitely stay here again.

Lovely welcoming hotel on the inner harbor. Staff is very helpful and friendly. The room was large with comfortable beds. Nespresso coffee machine made our morniings. Loved the restaurant La Jette downstairs. It hasn't been open long, but it was hard to tell. The food was tasty. They had the best skin-on double fried french fries!! Too bad it was too cold to enjoy the wrap around patio. Comfortable bar too.

The restaurant could not accommodate us for breakfast they were short staffed and therefore we had to go somewhere else

We are in Baltimore several times a year and will try and stay in town for at least one of those visits. We had wanted to stay at the Canopy since it opened and had that opportunity over Thanksgiving. The first Hilton staff experience is with the valet parking attendant and in every case they were welcoming and professional. This carries through with every staff member, always smiling always friendly. We loved the thoughtful room details, including the drawer safe and refrigerator. Our only complaint were the drapes that did not close all the way and offered a beautiful but sharp light into the morning room. Even the window shades did not eliminate. Unfortunately we found the rooms lacked soundproofing on the second night, which was quite surprising. We would definitely book again.

I loved how ms.tia worked with my family during my quick stay at the canopy hotel , she was very attentive and friendly ! Definitely a hard worker at the desk ! please keep her I loved my stay and will visit again !
