Genuinely nothing I am afraid to say

I had to download an app to access property. The customer service was unhelpful, property was deeply uncomfortable, the sheets were on inside out and not the right size so constantly roughed up. Furnishings cheap and uncomfortable. Halls dirty with cleaning equipment left around, things broken. Literally felt like a crack den. Company spending as little money as possible to charge the max they can. I would advise all to avoid.

Having your own kitchen facilities is much better than a normal hotel. Had all the necessities. Location was great.

The key to the property was an app on your phone which didn't work for the door and we had to wait outside the room for over an hour after calling the emergency contact saying they will call us back with more information. We had to wait for over an hour before we had any call back and then were let into our property.

L'emplacement central, le calme, possibilité de se faire à manger en groupe par appartements.

Pas de personnel en vue. Des appartements FANTOMES. Pas facile cette nouvelle pseudo réception avec appli sur le téléphone. Déroutant, râlant, désagréable au possible. J'ai passé l'âge de pianoter sur un clavier comme un ado ! Nous avons dû affronter une alerte incendie et PERSONNE pour nous seconder. Moyenne d'age de notre groupe 70-75 ans. Côté propreté, une chambre (6a) sol dégradé, fenêtre sale, débit eau trop réduit et bien sûr, personne à qui le signaler.

At the end of the day it was budget accommodation. The bed was comfy, sheets and bedding lovely and clean and crisp

Trying to download the app to get keys. It was a bloody nightmare. Booking.com need to advise that this is not a simple procedure to do if you don’t have mobile access. We were at the stage that we were going to find alternative accommodation, but thanks to my wife who persevered for over an hour we managed to get in. Also we don’t mind older accommodation, but for goodness sake make sure it is spotlessly clean!

Very spacious room, great facilities and centre of town.

Lack of parking, but not my stay and so work with it.

Ideal, we had just sold our house and our new home wasn't quite ready so a temporary home it became. We extended our stay to 3 weeks. Great location to pop out around town and an abundance of places to eat.

Having to slam the room door in order to close it. Felt bad as left for work at 5am. Could have done with some kind of shelving or cabinet in the bathroom as had to put items in a box on the floor.
