Claremont Hotel

Comfortable room, clean and tidy. In a good position for our family event in Preston. Fabulous staff onsite, friendly, chatty and welcoming. Good bar, reasonable prices. We had a lovely hour drinking Peroni and chatting with staff and guests! Breakfast was great and nothing was too much trouble. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Booked room 14 for one night. Car park is a mess and full of potholes, entrance littered with cigarette ends, surly receptionist, bases of beds stained, door handle and lock loose, went back an hour after booking in to return the key and cancel booking but nobody around so had to leave key on desk. Emailed hotel but no reply after 14 days still.

Cracking place. All staff are so friendly and welcoming. The place is spotless and the breakfast is top notch and served in a professional manner. I have absolutely no complaints at all and would definitely come back if I'm in this area. Off road parking is great.

Wonderfully affordable hotel. Staff were so friendly it was like a home from home. Clean budget rooms and a fabulous breakfast. Lovely bar area although we didn’t use it. Easy to find with a large free car park. Did I say how friendly it was???

On arrival, we were greeted warmly. The receptionist was helpful. We had a double room (30), which was spotlessly clean throughout. A good size room and bathroom (again spotlessly clean). The bed was comfortable and a strangely undisturbed sleep from a hotel that seems to cater to travelling workers during the week. Breakfast was freshly cooked to order and delicious, a good size portion so much so neither of us could finish the meal. The breakfast staff were attentive, polite and efficient. Again, the restaurant was, and kept, spotlessly clean despite the throughput of guests. For a 3 star hotel, this really is a gem of a hotel. Many thanks to all the staff.

Been here before, very good budget hotel with fair prices and breakfast is included. We stayed in room 29 very spacious lovely bathroom I’ve not no complaints room was spotless when arrived can’t say the same when we left but I did try tidy up. Lovely staff very welcoming if your ever in Preston would recommend staying there.

Great little hotel rooms are great very modern and well equipped (only niggle hand towels please). Breakfast is fantastic great little bar and walking distance for food in the evening. The owner is very nice and Christi a lovely young staff member was amazing and rest of the staff we seen were pleasant. Definitely recommend hotel. Beds are very comfortable.

Fantastic, friendly and helpful staff. I was able to check into my room early which I was extremely grateful for after starting my journey at 5.30 am. The breakfast was amazing, and again staff were happy to be flexible with individual needs. Would deffinitely stay again!!

Great little affordable hotel. Clean, quiet, great breakfast included & very obliging - making hot milk for coffee at breakfast. Very welcoming on arrival & put me in a new room well off the road. Couldn’t fault it!

I had a spacious, spotless, modern room with everything I needed. The bed was really comfortable. There was no noise, great curtains and I slept very well. The staff at breakfast were wonderful; friendly and helpful. The breakfast was ok. I thought that it was overall good value for money and I would recommend it. There is a cute bar too!
