Food was not good and Restaurant atmosphere was not welcoming

Beautiful and clean hotel right downtown and across from ADO bus station made it so convenient. Booked the room with outdoor shower and it was magic. Would absolutely stay again

The room was clean and well maintained. It fit the need of a place to sleep. I would have scored it a 5 if it had a mini fridge. They did provide a container of water that was filled daily, but it was always room temperature. The front desk attendants were always very polite and helpful.

Tulumeña was the perfect boutique hotel for 3 nights. Directly across the ADO bus station and in Tulum Centro where restaurants, bars and dance clubs are walking distance away. Highly recommend!

The owner and staff are very friendly, responsive & professional.

This hotel is not worth staying in due to the lack of amenities. It doesn’t have refrigerator, tv, nor mirrors in the rooms. The worst part is they change the bedsheets every four days! Sorry but won’t be staying here again.

Beautiful property ! We loved the area and the hotel itself is simple but has everything u will need ! We previously stayed in an all inclusive and enjoyed la tulumena 10 times more !!! Everyone was super nice ! Muy amable todos !! Muy limpio!
