Straw Hat Tulum

You HAVE to check out this place when you visit! Down the street from our airbnb, it's got great music playing all day with live music in the evening. The margaritas are delicious and come in many flavors. The fact they have vegan options is a major plus.

Had breakfast here and was delicious. Great juices and cleansing ginger and carrot shots, burrito divorciado was exceptional and ambiance was a wonderful garden setting. Also, they had recommendations on activities in the area and were very helpful all around.vwould highly recommend coming here for any meal.

This was a cute little hotel. Small rooms but nicely decorated. Overall the room was comfortable, the hotel was in a central location around lots of restaurants and bike rentals were offered at a low rate. The main downside is there is a bar below the rooms and they often have live music playing pretty loud, so it can be difficult to get some rest at night.

It was close to everything downtown. Friendly staff.

The reception service amazing and prompt, the team was helpful with basic questions and also gifted with souvenirs. The place has great decor and also is in the heart of the tulum town which made dining + shopping options comfortable. The team provided complimentary drinks at their restaurant which was cherry on the top.

The room was beautiful decorated. Nice courtyard area with adjacent restaurant/bar. You got to choose your own soap at check in which I really liked.

The hotel was clean overall and the staff was very friendly. The bathroom got quite muggy after our showers, but we propped the swinging doors open with a trash can to air it out. We loved the vibes of the hotel and it’s attached courtyard bistro! We enjoyed our stay and would recommend.

Dilapidated a bit. No amenities. Quaint but one step up from a hostel. When opened a sliding door to get air, wind blew rickety hanging small lamp fixture into wall breaking it. Horrible slamming doors to bathroom. No coffee or fridge or railings going down steep steps.
