The place is not clean., they taking ID for short stay too, no communication I went to property twice.. microwave 100 years old...bed is not comfortable,, room not cleaned from two years looks like..they didn’t give proper room and didn’t take request to change it when other room were available

Don’t stay here,they necer provided with the code to the front door and being there @ 11:30pm w/no one answering the phone or messages I ended up going to the Marriot, .Don’t waste your money here.

I found the stay very convient for travelling to heathrow the next day, there are free buses every 7minutes outside. The rooms pretty standard but ideal if you need somewhere close to stay. It had cooking facilities,microwave and a fridge which i found handy. I would definetly stay there again but personally id take ear plugs as your likely to have other travellers leaving at various times which is to be expected next to the airport.

It was easy to find and next to local shops so easy to get groceries. Very close to Heathrow great for easy cheap overnight stay. Only shared kitchen facilities and seating area and very thin walls. The blinds were broken and there were Old cobwebs in the bathroom, but the staff were nice and the tv worked and it was comfortable for a quick stopover. Very easy contactless check in and out.

It was a nice place to stay. Adequate facilities except that I was told to use the washing machine, I would need to pay £15 per load which i found to be ridiculous and a negative

Bookings are automated in part, and all customer facing experience in existent. All is done electronically by phone or email,which in itself is not a problem. However, problems occur when incidents occur outside the staff working/presence hours. I stayed for one night and I ended up awake for the most part of the night due the guest next door coming to my door several times over a 4/5 hours period and scream insanities as loud as he could. I called the number on my booking on numerous occasions, but to no avail. Emailed their contact address but again, to no avail. I have contacted them during and after the incident but they did not have the common decency to contact me, or just the care to apologise. Instead, and following a complaint to the present, they insisted that a different room had been offered. This is not a rand of B&B I will recommend, stay in or talk about in any positive way. AVOID AT ALL COST.

Only half a toilet door so can’t lock it floor not finished noisy guests no hot water one night or light in hallway rubbish not cleaned or room just 2 towels for us both for the whole week and that’s just the start

Easy access to airport...free public transport. Good communication with host. Room was a bit basic..could have used another plug socket and would have much liked a TV and a hook on the door to hang clothes Whole property was clean especially the kitchen.

Very average, too expensive for the amenity and cleaniness needs to improve

Cleaning was not good, the toilet on bad shap and shower was terrible. Need new shower taps and proper water pressure.
