It has to be one of the filthiest and poorest maintained properties I ever experienced. Filthy, badly in decay, no airport transfer whatsoever, please avoid at all costs staying there, better use to spend that money in food at the airport and sleep in a chair.

I didn’t even get to go into the building ( you cannot call this terrible building a hotel) No way to get access, no information was sent to gain access. Left outside until I had to give up. But much worse was that no response or refund . Booking.com are also showing their true colours. Totally ignored by them as well Don’t ever book in this terrible place and try to avoid booking.com

My sister and I booked a room for the night before our flight from Heathrow airport. It had taken us a few minutes to locate the property as there is no signage and it is located on a main road. We navigated through a dimly lit hallway to find our room. Upon entering, it smelt like damp body odour and the room was absolutely filthy. The walls were splashed with bodily fluids and dirty handprints on the walls, the shower rim was caked in dirt and the drain was blocked. The curtains were broken and couldn’t close. We slept on towels we brought ourselves as the sheets were thin and dirty. There were multiple attempts of drunken neighbours trying to enter our room during the early hours of the morning. As we were just two young females, we felt very unsafe and used our bags to barricade the door. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO FEMALES, especially if travelling solo. The images provided on Booking.com are NOTHING like actual accommodation provided.

Muy mala experiencia, no se como se atreven a llamase Graind Airport Ensuites, Es una casa frente al aeropuerto subdividida en varias habitaciones, muy ruidosas y incomodas. Según la descripción tenia transporte hasta el aeropuerto, pero finalmente es un servicio con cargo por reservar un taxi, lamentable. Y esa es solo una de las condiciones que no cumplen.

It was easy to get to. But when we got there, the room smelled musty with broken toilet (both the seat was broken and flush was not working) and mold covered bath. When tried contacting them to see if they could come fix the toilet at least, no one responded. Tried ringing post our stay for them to at least give us partial refund for the horrible service they offered, and phone calls weren't responded! As I had booked it through booking.com, when I contacted them regarding the issue, they said it was over 10 days since my stay and they cant help us in anyway either. It was a very frustrating experience and I would definitely not recommend anyone this property. As we had flown back from the United States, after a long flight all we needed was a comfortable sleep and it was disappointing.

The worst service I have ever seen . Don’t choose this bloody hotel . Waste of hard earned money . Never look at this hotel .

nice room, clear information for checking in without any people serving. hard to take luggage upstairs with the narrow stairs.

My partner and I are usually in need of a place with a full kitchen or some semblance to a kitchen when we travel. We thought the guest house would be a good alternative to the apart-hotels. We were wrong. While we got plenty of privacy, we got virtually no assistance when it was needed. The kitchen was ill equipped and no grocery store near, so delivered grocery and take put was necessary. The managers that were supposedly onsite, never showed, the customer service number changed during our stay and no one can br contacted after 10pm for anything. Housekeeping offered service after we had stayed 7 days (yet the toilet paper needed to be refilled) and they didnt sprak English, so attempting to gey anything from them was a task. The customer service was terrible.
