Customer services very poor they could do better and they should expect any question especially if you checked in late after 10pm.The place itself we had difficult to find and I was charged more as we couldnot see the name of the place as it shows online ..i sent her msg voa WhatsApp got ignored till i sreenshot ans sent itbto her also other guest had to come out to help me because tax leftr me in a dark no even light outside the property very dark.

I was in London for the first time, with limited Wifi, I had a 4hr delayed flight. As soon as I got connected to wifi I saw your email regarding check in obviously it was too late. Hoping to fiind a receptionist we went to location and were shocked to find NO ONE... you all have to revamp your procedures.

I would have better door opening experience

Just to be clear this is a bedroom in a converted house, with a lock on the bedroom door, and poor sound insulation so you can hear the planes at Heathrow. Tried it once but never again …

Absolutely awful place to stay. Dried bogeys and blood on the curtians in room 1, absolutley disgusting. Advert says fully equipped kitchen - washing machine, dishwasher were broken but we not made aware of this before our trip, the microwave was missing and the kettle so thick with limescale we couldn't make a cuppa. There were no saucepans, only 3 frying pans which were scratched and rusty. Urine stains on the toilet floors, broken toilet seats, light fittings and door catches. I stayed in room 5, on using the handrail to climb out of the bath, it came off in my hand - dangerous as I could have fallen. Unable to turn the radiator down in room 6 as the knob was broken - the host was no help, just kept sending me the same instructions. We ended up turning the heating off by the boiler else my grandson would've been scalded. Raised lips on floor from bedroom to bathroom in rooms 5 and 6, my grandson tripped and banged his head on the toilet basin. I booked this as Harmondsworth 6 bed, 6 bath house on AirBnB - advert stated entire house. What it actually is, is 6 rooms all with key pad entry so had we only needed 5 rooms, we would have been sharing with some random person. This place is also The Great Airport hotel - funny how it has 3 names but all the pictures are the same. Yes we only paid £60 per room however it should still be hygienic and safe, with amenities advertised available!

We booked this house due to how close it was to the airport however the standard of these rooms are an absolute disgrace. Broken toilets, broken doors, urine stains on the toilet floors, broken chairs, unable to turn the heating down, high lips entering the bathroom resulting in my 2 year old nephew tripping and banging his head, blood and bogeys on the curtains and generally just disgusting. Air b&b have been no help with gaining any sort of refund either. The name of the place seems to change regularly too Don’t waste your time or money

weird stay. convenient but not what i was expecting.

It wasn’t great! The heating was stuck on and it was too hot and so we had to have windows open and listen to aeroplanes taking off and landing. There was no shower gel, only hand wash where it should have been, the ironing board had come off of the wall and was being kept in the cupboard with massive sharp screws sticking out of it… We called customer service for some advise with parking and they said they would call us back but didnt…. Should have paid an extra tenner and stayed at the premier inn.

This place is a massive rip off! I booked this with my 83 year old mother and 70 year old cousin. Both have mobility issues but the website doesn’t indicate that their large room is on the THIRD floor with NO elevator! When I asked why I wasn’t notified until AFTER I paid that the room was on the third floor! They sent me snapshot of a website from the Philippines! I booked this in London! This place is a scam don’t book!!
