We were there on the weekend and there were many people that were not guests at the hotel in the pool area. There was loud music, kids and the pool was quite full so we didn’t even use the area unfortunately.

This is a perfect location for catching your flights out of Quito. The facilities are wonderful, the rooms are very clean and comfortable, the staff is very accommodating and the food was delicious! Santiago was an excellent bartender and host. The front desk had several very friendly and professional staff members who helped us out greatly with a late checkout. The breakfast buffet was the best we encountered in Ecuador. Highly recommend!!

The hotel is great. Well located for the airport with a free shuttle (we messaged in advance to agree the pick up from the airport). The breakfast was great.we ate in the bar a number of times. Santiago was amazing, very friendly, attentive and professional.

Your room hallway is noisy when trying to sleep after a long flight from Vancouver to Quito, some young girl and dog was making noises, also dirty dishes and drinks all line up at the hallway I think is not necessary, it might be hazardous when emergency walk way to all guests, should have a sign not to put out in the hallway. Other than these point it was good, could have given you 10 points.
