"From now on, it's Holiday Inn, Quito Airport, for me."

I had not stayed at a Holiday Inn for maybe 30 years. Not because I ever had any unpleasant experience at a Holiday Inn facility but because my trips did not allow consideration of staying at a Holiday Inn. On this trip, however, I needed an overnight stay at a Quito, Ecuador airport hotel. In the past, when needing such accommodations I stayed at the Wyndham airport hotel. After staying at the Holiday Inn on this trip, however, I will never stay at any other hotel when on similar trips. Everything - from booking, confirmation of booking, responding to my pre-visit inquiries, shuttle van service from and to the airport, reception, help with luggage and hotel room logistics, cleanliness of room, providing complementary toothbrush and toothpaste (which I had forgotten), and buffet breakfast - was superb. And, the price was much more reasonable for an overnight stay than what I paid at the Wyndham. Additionally, everyone at this facility was very helpful and pleasant.

"Airport hotel that has great service"

This hotel is one of the nicest Holiday Inn hotels I have ever stayed at with the best staff.Professional and friendly. Edwin assisted us in arranging a driver for full day. Great food. Highly recommend this property. Chose this location to be close to airport.

The staff were fabulous, the rooms are large, comfortable and very clean and it's definitely extremely convenient for flights into and out of Quito Mariscal Sucre airport, especially if its at odd hours.

It's also extremely quiet as for external noise, although corridor noise can be quite intrusive. For example, doors banging as other rooms' doors are opened and closed, or people chatting in the corridor.
