"I didn’t feel safe after the falling metal beam"

The staff, food, bed and pool deck

Our room wasn’t cleaned, we didn’t get enough drinking water, and metal beam fell off above the door and missed my head by an inch

best hotel in Mexico City by far. The location can’t be beat and the view from the rooftop is unreal. service is excellent and we spend most of our time between the rooftop sauna and jacuzzi. The design and layout is stunning, you are lucky if you have the opportunity to stay here.
