It was clean and close to where we wanted to go

Ordered and was confirmed on a two bed suite. On arrival we got a one bed and a very uncomfortable futon. Not what I paid for or was promised

"Wouldn't recommend"

2.0

Staff was defensive, even during check in. Unlike the pictures, there are no pots, pans, plates, etc. room cleaning, as said in check in and on the contract was supposed to come weekly. After two times of not cleaning, I asked the office and told me it was by request only.

"Donโ€™t Bother"

1.0

Location. When I couldnโ€™t get in as it was after 7pm I was close to other accommodations.

Bizarreness. All kinds of paperwork and receipts sent to me. When I arrived there was no one in office. No check ins after 7pm. I was there closer to 8:30. If I hadnโ€™t received so many pages of receipts I might have read that no check ins were allowed after 7!

"Never again!"

2.0

Accommodations were made for me to check in after the customary 7PM office closing on Thanksgiving Eve. After settling in, I discovered a soiled towel behind the bathroom door and an inoperable bathroom ceiling light. The floors were littered with a black beadlike substance, later determined to be components of area rugs which were missing. I voiced my concerns and request for cleaning to the front desk clerk on Black Friday around 1PM when the office finally opened, 2 hrs past the posted opening. The front office clerk apologized for the inoperable bathroom ceiling light and promised to have maintenance stop by my room to repair the light. She tried justifying the filthy floor by stating that it was a result of previous repairs, an unacceptable response. Maintenance arrived an hour later to inspect and informed me that there had been a leak in the room above mine which short-circuited my light. He promised to return later, but didn't do so until the next day, rendering me two nights without bathroom lights. On Saturday, I went downstairs to the front office again to complain about the filthy floor and roaches and request maid service. I was informed there were no housekeepers available during the weekend, and that I would receive service on Monday morning. Prior to departing for a family member's doctor appointment, on Monday, I contacted the 24-hr number to inquire when I should expect housekeeping service to correct the issues sated about. Ray, the housekeeping manager told me that there would be no service, and that I was mistaken what I heard regarding housekeeping. He proceeded to argue with me and yell while I was telling him what I knew I heard. He hung the phone up on me. I called back three times and was insulted each time. During the last call, he challenged me to come down stairs to settle the argument, a THREAT! I told him I had already left and hung up. He also told me that if I didn't like his response, I could leave immediately and would not be refunded any money. I was furious over his arrogance and rude behavior. After completing my business , I returned to the office to speak with the same manager I had spoken to previously. I told her how rude her colleague was and she made no apologies for him while trying to discount my complaints. Again I told her why I was disgusted and she asked me what I wanted her to do. "Clean the room!" I responded. She explained that the basic housekeeping only included an inspection of the room and sometimes sheets were given for the occupant to change the bed. Also, despite the what the welcome letter stated during check-in, roach spraying was only after 1 month. I was appalled! After our heated conversation, she finally agreed to send the housekeeper who was responsible for over 100 rooms, a violation of labor laws! The housekeeper and respectful maintenance rep who had given me my key at check-in, informed me that I should have never been assigned the room. His rude colleague, Ray, was supposed to replace the rug mats and didn't, which explained why my floor was so filthy. He said he would inform the office manager. The housekeeper swept the floor and disposed of the dirt and residue by sweeping it out the door, no dustpan was used, thereby trapping most of the dirt and residue under the door stop. I was in disbelief and totally disgusted! I checked out 1 day prior to my contract, forfeiting funds, but insuring peace of mind and a clean environment. At checkout the front desk manager apologized for my inconveniences and asked that I give them another chance. Never again!

"Judgemental Staff who gets high theirselves, including management!"

5.0

I did like the location of the property it's right by the interstate the mall is closed by and plenty of restaurants to choose from. It's quiet at night and during the day it's laid back as well I also like that the staff and management wasn't nosy as long as your rent was paid they didn't really bother you.

I didn't like that I was there for 2 months and they used an excuse of having a plant in my window to throw me out literally the day before school started and I had a teenage daughter. I feel like there was an ulterior motive there and different reasons why they made me leave but they use that as an excuse. And on top of that I'm supposedly on a no rent list which means I'm not even allowed on the property to visit people that are still there. One of the gentleman Raymond that works there he gets high and I know that for a fact and he acts like he runs the place and he owns it. They need to do random drug tests on these people that work there. Someone definitely should investigate Raymond.
