The room was wonderful and had very nice attention to detail. The view was amazing (we had the fifth floor). The staff is very helpful and friendly! Breakfast was filling, you had a choice of 2 dishes from a pretty long menu in addition to buffet of fruits, yogurt and such. All in all nothing to complain about, we had a very lovely stay and would stay again!

We absolutely loved our stay here, so much that we even extended it. A huge thank you to the reception team: Lucy, Jimmy and Lenh. They made everything feel effortless. Thanks to them, we were able to get discounted tickets to most tourist attractions, they patiently answered all our questions, and when we were leaving, they even prepared a little takeaway bag with snacks and water. Such a small detail, but it meant a lot and perfectly reflects how caring and genuine they are. The location is just perfect: peaceful and away from the city noise, yet only 10 minutes from the center and around 5 minutes from Moana Café. The view from the room is honestly stunning! Waking up and seeing beautiful mountains from the window felt special every time. The rooms are cozy, spotless, and smell amazing, which made it feel even more comfortable and relaxing. What we really appreciated is the atmosphere - no crowds, very calm, and perfect if you’re looking for privacy and a quiet escape. We’re writing this review because this place truly deserves to be discovered by more people. Highly recommend!!!

The hotel offers a pleasant and comfortable stay overall. The property is stylish, clean, and well maintained. The room was well arranged and provided everything needed for a comfortable visit. The staff were courteous, and in particular the young man at the reception was exceptionally kind and helpful, which left a very positive impression.

The rooms lack proper soundproofing, which made it difficult to rest, especially with construction work next door starting as early as 06:30. Additionally, I was charged an extra 3% for paying by card, a cost that ideally should be handled between the hotel and Booking.com rather than passed on to guests.

It was amazing!! They helped us with everything, location close to everything, nice clean rooms and incredible staff!! When we left they helped us with late checkout without any issue and even gave us some food for the sleeper!

The location is perfect. 2 min walk to Moana. IT was funny we booked grab car for it. We were embarrased. HAHAHA

Lovely place in perfect location - walkable in 10min to the main centre, but quiet enough that it's away from the busyness. Great cafes and restaurants close by too. Views were good from the room when the mist cleared. The standout was the great service from Linh and the front desk - super helpful and friendly, gave us great recommendations for what to do and even helped me recover some lost property I left at a cafe! They packed us lunch for our bus trip when we left too. Also the breakfast was really good - some of the best pho we've had! Thanks so much for everything!
