Our room with a little balcony had a fantastic view to the mountains. It felt very cosy, was very comfortable, spotless clean and a beautiful design. The staff was very attentive, helpful and friendly and cared for us. We definitely recommand this hotel.

The location, close to the city center but also to the hiking roads. The staff was incredibly helpful and professional.

Staff were very sweet, packed us a bag of food and water before we left. Bed was comfortable, and the room was clean.

The aircon seemed to be hot and cold, sometimes a bit stuffy in the room

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Sapa, Vietnam. The breakfast was very good with a great variety of options to start the day. What truly stood out was the exceptional service from the staff, especially Lucy, Elan, and Jimmy, who were all incredibly friendly, attentive, and helpful throughout our stay. The hotel itself is very nice, with comfortable beds and amazingly soft linens that made it easy to relax after a day of exploring. Overall, we had a great experience and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Sapa

המיקום קצת רחוק מהנרכז. ההליכה הייתה קצת מתישה עם ילדים כל פעם.

موقع الفندق في مكان جميل وهادئ وايضا نظافة المرافق والغرفة والحمام ، والموظفين محترمين جداً ومتعاونين ومن اسباب نجاح الفندق

الافطار عادي جداً ولا يستحق دفع مبلغ عليه اذا كان غير مجاني ، ويوجد رائحه غير جيده في الاستقبال بخلاف ذلك كل شي كان جميل
