Good location, very easy to get a Grab taxi quickly.

A bit noisy in the morning for about an hour from the road, but not a problem if you are an early morning person.

"Great stay with lovely staff."

We booked a mountain view room with a balcony and the views were exceptional. Staff were very helpful and friendly. On our last day there we checked out after breakfast for a journey back to Hanoi. Even though we had had the breakfast at the hotel the staff still brought us a little bag of food for our journey - so thoughtful!
