Its peaceful and quiet

I was shocked by the location, its too outside unless thats what one is looking for

It’s near the highway , it’s easily accessible , there’s enough parking . . The food is nice! (Free breakfast)

When it rains, you’d find water on the floor , at breakfast you wait forever for it , seems like the staff doesn’t care that much they prioritise other guests. . .theres no lift you have to use the stairs with all your bags or luggage . .

The lady who was wearing a top white shirt shouted at me when I was checking around 09h54. I asked about the money which I supposed to get it back.

The staff is friendly and rooms are clean

The room I got was not the actual room I booked on the app, they should update app with the matching rooms. Also the fact that the hotel is on the road,I couldn’t sleep because of the noise from the cars passing .

The staff is very friendly and helpful.

1. There was not even a kettle to make tea in the room. I later found out that it is certain room. This should be made clear when one makes a booking. 2. Breakfast is only 3 options. Cornflakes only being one of the options. Roibos not an option for breakfast unless you pay for it. Only tea and coffee are the options that you have anything else you pay for it and the price is🤔...the breakfast did not even meet the standard of what you would find in other places . 3. Lunch and dinner options are hot so if you don't have the taste buds and stomach to handle chilli then call Mr Delivery. 4. You can literally smell the spices and old oil in the rooms. 5. The place only has stair so if you are like my mother and elderly or can't use stairs save yourself. We had to request for breakfast to be delivered to the room and going out for activities became a mission for the elderly. 5. The bathroom are not meant for anyone big boned. You will have to squeeze yourself through the shower door and let's not talk about using the toilet. Never again would I book this place.

The staff was so friendly and welcoming, the space is so peaceful and their Wi-Fi was so stable. This is what I call good value for money given the opportunity to visit the hotel again i will definitely do so.

Our room didn’t have microwave and mini bar fridge

TV was not working, I had to pay my last R200 at the reception, ''as an insurance incase I break things" this was supposed to be communicated prior booking. It's a turn off.
