Location was excellent.

Most nights the tenants below us woke us up at least once between midnight and 4 am talking loudly, slamming doors, and it sounded like they were moving furniture at times as well. Maybe quiet hours 11 pm to 8 am could be implemented.

Very comfortable and terrific location.

My only feedback is to better describe the garbage/recycling options. I wasn’t sure where to bring our garbage, and found all the cans behind the building but wasn’t sure if I was supposed to use those or not.

Great location, easy to walk to all the sites. Good and very friendly communication with owner. Quick to respond. Nice place

East entry, fantastic location, clean, had a washing machine, and it was perfect for our family!

The good: Beds comfy - we travel 6 so one of the beds in the living room was a sofa bed, bit annoying but for 7 days, workable. The kitchen was one of the best we've had travelling, functioning oven, pots, pans, fridge, freezer . Also had rags, tea towels etc (only lacking oven mittens but that appears to be standard)- Iceland is crazy expensive and with 4 kids dining out is expensive and often not a pleasure so we cooked a lot. Location is very good. Bathrooom works well, there's towel hangers with heat which was nice. Dishwasher fully working. Easy to check in/out due to key box. Washing machine in basement that works (we washed once and it's working) Bonus close by (we shopped there).

The more annoying stuff (this is minor annoyances): No parking - we had to shuffle the car around and use a mix between paid and free parking. For the kitchen (this is my pet peeve): We travel 6 - and there's room for 6. Yet, there's never enough chairs (5) and cutlery/plates etc (there were in this case, but only for like 1-2 meals meaning we had to run the dishwasher too often. Just buy a few more plates and cutlery please, for the environement. And perhaps a folding chair so 6 can sit at the same time? . Microwave would be nice - had to reaheat a lot of food in pots and pans. Toaster not working superbly. True that there is a view to Hallgrims Church, but the balcony looks like it's about to fall - and the main view is to trash cans below. Didn't care as it was too cold outside anyway. Trash: we got an email saying that they had trash-sorting systems but no little information available at site. I don't mind sorting even on vacation but PLEASE make it easier - leave a pamplet in apartment with how and where (for glass items etc) so we do it right. We tried but I don't think it was good enough.

There was clear instruction to check in, there were all the necessary features that were promised in the description.
