Nice flat, clean and comfy.

Shower and TV were good. Fireplace (decorative only) was pretty.

Had to pay £300 deposit up front (not the usual, take a cc and take 1p but £300 paid on top of payment before stay and told after cancellation window that this "is usually returned within 14 days"!!!) View is very disappointing, facing two buildings, one a bowling centre and the other, being constructed with scaffolding. Living room is on a busy main road, bay window is single glazed so you can hear traffic drowning or TV at times and windows are dirty. Key lockbox very stiff, broke nail down to the quick trying to get it open and unable to reach owner or management company, HelloGuest when struggled trying to open this and another lock box. Communal entrance is very shabby and dirty. Flat was freezing cold, lots of broken items, wicker trunk in main bedroom needs major repairs or putting in a skip, blind in that room was torn and dirty. struggled to get heating on and again, couldn't get in contact. Booking.com helped as best they could. After 2.5 hour journey, I had 4 -5 hours of sitting in winter coat and hat trying to get it working and trying to get in touch for help. Hearing then seemed to be turned on remotely. Kitchen was not 100% clean, hair grip on counter, dirty teapot, water in scaly kettle, crumbs in toaster, smears on cupboards and crockery. Towel and cushions stained. Flat was warm once heating had been on for several hours on my second day. I'd have have left if I could, but was down £506 by that point and will have to wait for refund as previously mentioned. If entrance, lockbox, heating, cleaning and repairs were sorted this would be worth a stay for some people as the location, if you don't mind view and road noise is pretty good, being close to train station, sea and town.

Perfect location, walking distance too harbour and restaurants and shops, clean, comfortable and everything you need for the perfect stay.

Only the stairs that lead to the flat but really wasn’t a problem for us and we’re in our 60s

Hello guest, not returning calls. Sign requesting you take away rubbish. No refuse bin outside for the flat!!! Noisy fan and no vanity mirror in the bathroom

The amount of steep steps leading to flat. Not acceptable for someone with a disability

Good size. Comfortable beds. Good shower.

No refuse bins outside for property. Sensitive fire alarm (shower steam).

Superb location, did the job with amenities, lots of towels provided, fast internet and new tv.

Some areas could have done with a better clean but overall ok.
