Everything to like

A real gem of a place! Rooms were lovely, and they've thought of everything you'd ever need! Fresh milk for the tea/coffee, and a jug of iced water. The hosts were really nice, very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was fabulous, all cooked fresh and plenty of choices. The breakfast room itself was lovely! A really enjoyable way to start the day. Highly recommend!!

Excellent location just a few blocks from the train station and a short walk thru the park to the waterfront.

From the minute we walked in, we felt at home ,fresh coffee and tea with home made 🎂!! Breakfast was amazing so many choices and combinations. A lovely little honesty bar 🍸. We can't wait to return,thank you Ian and Janette

We stayed at this hotel for two nights and everything been fantastic xx

Breakfast was EXCELLENT, being offered a Special was most unusual, the Shakshouka was delicious and presented well, the following day, Stuffed crispy croissant filled with bacon and cheesy scrambled egg was again delicious. Good choice of fresh berries and fresh fruit to have with Greek yogurt. All freshly done, much better than big hotels. You just had to ask for any combination of breakfast. Hosts were very friendly and welcoming, we were greeted on arrival with tea or coffee and homemade cake and shortbread. We would highly recommend this B&B.
