The friendly welcoming hosts. The decor in the room and breakfast room. The little touches like fresh milk in a flask, iced water, biscuits and great choice of drink sachets and a fridge that is put on when requested. Lovely fluffy towels. Comfy beds and very quiet. Great breakfast with blueberries, rasps mixed fruit etc before ordering the hot choices. Full breakfast or salmon or omelettes and more. Really accommodating in letting us park early on the check in day and leave our car after check out.

Shower took a little time to adjust from being too hot. Other than that....nothing!

Warm and friendly atmosphere, welcoming hosts, and delicious breakfast with a large variety of foods for everyone. There is a lovely and informative guide with all the restaurants, transport and popular sites, made for guests. Will definitely come back.

Close to the station, Riviera Centre and bus stop into town. Excellent breakfast with plenty of choice. We had a small issue with our room which was promptly and effectively resolved - always the sign of good customer service!

Friendly welcome, offered a cup of tea on arrival. This felt like I was visiting family rather than a hotel. Very clean, great facilities, provided fresh milk and cold water in my room which is a nice touch. Breakfast was great too. Overall highly recommended.

We were made Very welcome on arrival. Location ideal. Every thing clean. Breakfast delicious such a variety of things to have. Car parking a bonus. Very relaxed atmosphere.

Jannette and Ian are amazing hosts,they could not be more welcoming ,There is plenty of parking avalible ,rooms are very spacious and super clean, we had a huge comfy bed and slept very well. Good location close to the seafront ,and a short walk to town . The breakfast was truly out of this world ,without doubt the best we have ever eaten . We will be back 5 stars from us .
