Great location! They cook breakfast for you as well.

Good value in an excellent location. Everything set up for us as we requested.

The bed was comfortable, however, the shower water was backing up and the base was dirty and needed a good scrub.. All the wall fittings were rusty and needing replaced . Not worth the money . Will not return .

Perfectly located, clean and modest guesthouse. Room was amply sized for twin beds and bathroom likewise. Room facilities met expectations and would generally highly recommend the property if you are simply looking for somewhere nice to sleep in the bustling town of St Andrews. Self-serve continental breakfast was available however we never took advantage. Fully expect to book again in future!

The room was clean and comfortable, bathroom was spacious. Parking was difficult - parking lot was shared by numerous businesses. Had to drive around to find parking on the street that was a couple of blocks away, which was less than ideal with luggage. Never figured out how to pay for street parking, but got lucky and didn't get a ticket. Our room was up a few flights of stairs and there is no elevator, so keep that in mind if you are disabled.

Really central hotel. Free parking close by. It was ideal. Nice room, with a very comfortable bed.
