Only the big house story is told and even in the day, the haunted history is heavily highlighted. The guide was a little over the top in her animation of the mirror and such. I am glad we went. It was on our bucket list. But did we walk away with an ah-ha moment? Did we learn anything? I am not sure we did. Tip: It was hot when we were there. The gift shop does have free water and the cafe will give you ice because the free water is warm. Oh and we loved the bocce court!

Everyone was nice. We did the ghost tour as well as the historical tour and both were great.

We had a great tour at the Myrtles Plantation. Our guide was knowledgeable and passionate about the stories and history of this home. The rooms were beautiful and represented the time period that the owners who lived here experienced. We had hoped to eat at the restaurant, but our group didn’t want to wait until 5 pm for the restaurant to open. I’ve eaten there before and truly enjoyed the food.

The history of the plantation is fascinating and the tour guides are very knowledgeable. They really bring the past to life and make you feel like you're stepping back in time. The architecture of the old mansion is stunning, and you can just imagine what life was like for the people who lived there. I highly recommend visiting this plantation if you're in the area. It's a truly unique and memorable experience that you won't soon forget. And who knows, maybe you'll even encounter a ghost or two on the nighttime tour!

The tour was very informative. Pandy was very knowledgeable and answered all sorts of questions for us. Highly recommend her as a tour guide. We did the historical tour but definitely want to go back and do the mystery tour. We had a paranormal experience while there. Very interesting…
