Las camas muy cómodas. Muy buena ubicación. Los baños amplios.

Se podrían agregar algunos elementos más de cocina. Y se apreciaria tener un espacio tipo Laundry para lavar la ropa.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung, geeignet für bis zu 4 Personen. Neben den Klimageräten gibt es auch in jedem Zimmer einen Deckenventilator. Sehr bequeme Betten und grosse Duschen. Pool auf dem Dach reicht zum Erfrischen wenn man einmal nicht zu einer Cenote oder dem Strand will.

kein privater Parkplatz vorhanden, Fahrzeug stand auf der Strasse vor dem Gebäude (trotzdem sicher). Beim Aussenpool war eine der drei Glasscheiben zum Nachbargrundstück locker, wir haben den Gastgeber direkt darauf hingewiesen gehabt. Im Kühlschrank war der Kaltwasserspender defekt, aber wir die Wasserflaschen hatten Platz im Kühlschrank.

El departamento excelente en cuanto a comodidad, aunque ya hace falta mantenimiento, la alberca demasiado descuidada además de que le falta fumigación por cucarachas enormes. Nuestro ingreso fue pésimo, tardamos más de 1 hora en que alguien nos abriera y recibiera, no había nadie para entregar la el depto y ni siquiera sabían que llegaríamos ni qué departamento nos darían.

We travelled in two families and booked two apartments. Both were infested wit cockroaches. In total we killed 12 in our two days stay. Clearly a case of infestation without any minimum control. I´m from a tropical country too. I know how to handle this kind of problem and recognize clearly when there is no proper care. Besides that the bedroom didn’t have any blackout curtain, blankets were dirty and stained, there is no parking space, pool was quite dirt also, unattended garbage was laying in common areas of the building.

I recently stayed at this property while on vacation at Tulum. I was very pleased with the room since it has 2 beds and kitchenette. It is located within 40 mins from the Tulum airport and within 15 mins from beaches and Tulum Center. I recommend you try this hotel if you need a place to stay while vacationing in Tulum.

Tout, la gentillesse des hôtes, le lieu, l’appartement exceptionnel ( décoration magnifique)et la piscine !

Un peu loin du centre, si on loue une voiture aucun problème mais à pied c’est plus compliqué et les taxis sont chers
