Great facilities and room service. Food was great.

The staff and waiting time for drinks were very long. Busy time of year, and they needed more staff. But also the staff were not trained to the standard of the facility often forgetting to take orders and bring drinks to table when it was table service.

The property and facilities are great, and the location is excellent.

There were far too few staff to attend to the number of people staying there. Every meal took far too long, and even ordering a drink took forever. I would only go back if the staffing issues were addressed.
