The property is beautifully designed, location is great and general vibe is relaxing

It needed a good clean. Patio had cobwebs, bird poo and dust. Inside house keeping was average and below what you’d expect for price point. Bin not emptied and coffee etc not replenished.

A beautiful location on the water. Out of town and relaxed

We stayed over New Year’s Eve for 3 nights. Not enough staff on. Paying pretty high prices for this with no service . New Year’s Day no service at all by the pool . Was impossible to get a drink or food and when you finally did it took over an hour . How ever the cleaning staff were so friendly and helpful. They get a tick One night we went for dinner around 8.30 on a hot night and weee told she was flat out and couldn’t we see that. See would get to us and clear a table when she was free. 50 min wait for pizza and then they were burnt and terrible . Just not doing a great job in the food areas at all. When your paying nearly $600 a night for three nights in a studio room it was just a big let down to also have no service to go with the resort during a time which was meant to be relaxing . It all just seemed to hard as they were all under staffed and under the pump.

Highly overpriced for what was supplied

The location was beautiful. Being on the lake was lovely to be able to sit and watch the sunset with a glass of wine. Rooms were great, pool was amazing. the whole property is well maintained and quite relaxing.

Beautiful place to stay

Location ,attractive building, well presented

Significant lack of staff. Service poor in the restaurant because of staff shortage. We chose not to dine at the resort because of the poor service. The existing staff worked very hard to overcome this issue

Love the venue and facilities 3rd time coming up during the Christmas break and obsessed

There was a smell with the bathroom wen we arrived and it ddnt pass the smell during our stay

Excellent facility, accommodated all my needs with friends and family. Meals were fantastic, buffet breakfast wonderful, cocktails by the pool just topped it all off. Thank you a wonderful stay.

Thought the menu at lunch could of had a bigger variety, however, lovely what we bought and ate.
